How to explain this? Here goes...it was Take Over a Parking Space Day in San Francisco, so people did, all over town. They rolled out sod and set up lawn chairs, built cars, and as in this case, built a pirate ship called the Noodly Appendage. But these folks were not content to stop there. They brought a crock pot and hollered out to passersby, "Arrrrr! Make like Lawrence Ferlinghetti. Have some of our free spaghetti!"
