Diane's party: Infused Vodka & "Marga-jitos"

Careful! This stuff is strong...

Drink only in little tiny cups...

And if you run short on tequila for your margarita, just switch to rum, lime and mint as if making a mojito and...voila! A marga-jito!

Here's WHY Harris Teeter sucks...

They have shelf space for this:

(pool toys in April)

and this:

(picnic gear and chaise lounge cushions when the temperature is still in the 30s)

and this:

(lanterns, gnomes and faux-stone planters - hey, isn't this a GROCERY store???)

But the only space they have for Kosher foods is ONE section. And they refuse to stock the Passover Matzos -- they have only these, which are not Kosher and have been on the shelf literally since last year!

Chocolate matzo. Yep, chocolate.

Laugh if you want. It's delicious and highly addictive.

Harris Teeter sucks! Enough is enough

For the past -- oh, I don't know -- five? ten? years, I have been begging and pleading for HARRIS TEETER, the largest chain grocery store in my region to QUIT MAKING LAME EXCUSES AND START STOCKING APPROPRIATE JEWISH HOLIDAY FOODS. Even if they don't respect the religion itself, you'd think they'd have enough business sense to accommodate their customers. What do I mean? Pics to follow in the next few days...
